What is it with these kookballs? About like the guy I heard on talk radio this morning (3 am) driving into work. He said that both the intensity and the track of Rita were changed. When asked by who, he responded with "It was headed right towards the oil companies. All of a sudden, it turns east and starts decreasing in power. Who has vested interest in oil right now? Bush and Cheney and Halliburton." Said he was going to provide PROOF within 2 days of this.
