I'm having trouble finding a local ffl dealer willing to purchase a stainless steele ruger mini-30 out of state for $469. They either charge way to much for the service ($100-175). Or they try and sell me there's for over $600 that;s not even SS.Can anybody please help me???

Yup, all the gun selling services have lists of FFLs in the area. Most will do a transfer for $10-25 a gun.

Good luck! I found a nice older guy in the area. Really good service and only $10 a transfer.  The gun stores wanted $30-50.
