I am going to the movie store now and need a good movie reccomendation.  I can't think of any that have come out recently.  It doesn't have to be a new release but just give some good movies.

How about renting Farenhype 911? Hollywood Video is pissing me off. They have MM's movie guaranteed in stock with plenty of copies and Farenhype 911 with one copy.

Just watched Jersey Girl. Not too bad for a chick flick.

"To End All Wars"

It's a movie about Irish/English POWs being held by the Japanese in Thailand (or maybe Taiwan? Been awhile), using them as slave labor to build a rail road. Much like "A Bridge Over the River Kwai" but, I think, a Hell of a lot more impactful. It made me even more pissed off at the Japs due to the torture that the prisoners are subjected to.

Here's a quote from the end scene of the movie:

"What is the final destination of hatred? When you look your enemy in the eyes and see yourself..."

"Goodfellas" - The new anniversary edition DVD.  The old DVD was a two-sided piece of crap and ruined a great movie.  The new DVD uses a digitally remastered print, plus it has some cool extras - including commentary by Henry Hill himself.
