If loc-tite is glue, which I think it is I just forgot, I wouldn't glue it onto my ar.

Something that loose I'd never use. Bought one for my PCR4 H-Bar fit snug before being tightened down.

Regardless of one's opinions of muzzle-brakes, attaching devices via set-screws to the end of the bbl is probably not going to enhance the accuracy of your gun. IIRC, even overtightening a threaded OEM flash suppressor can have negative effects on accuracy.
Set-screws might well have even worse effects. I'd only consider attaching a properly fitting set-screw affixed flash suppressor in an emergency. Disclaimer: not advocating illegal acts. I think you did the right thing. |
