Bought a set-screw postban muzzlebrake at gun show today and took it back. I told the vendor I had a Colt H-barrel but the fit was so sloppy That I was scared to keep it on my gun. If you weren't careful you could not even get close to centered with about 3/32 play in the base of a 3 inch brake. The vendor refunded but told me that loc-tite would take care of the problem. Was I off-base to insist the brake was dangerous?

If loc-tite is glue, which I think it is I just forgot, I wouldn't glue it onto my ar.

Something that loose I'd never use. Bought one for my PCR4 H-Bar fit snug before being tightened down.
