Isn't there a company making safes that are unassembled that you can put together where you want to put it. Sounds like a good idea? any thoughts on this?

The smallest model lists for $1105 (not sure what the extra five bucks is for). When I inquired during the Fall of 2000, they said there was a 2-3 month backlog. My dealer has a large one and it looks very well made. The seams are tight and the pins lock the sections together very securely.
