I enjoy being an NCO, only because those I lead and supervise look up to me and have grown and progressed from the baby airmen they were.
Don't be that guy that has a power trip and tries to change the world in one day, everyone will hate you. |

I always looked at being an NCO as something akin to being an older brother. Mostly I applied nothing more than a guiding hand, but like all older brothers (and I am the oldest of 8) I could and would crush you if you stepped out of line. Thankfully, I never really had to hammer a kid, but it was close a few times.
