Amen to that. If Kerry wins, there will be a serious attempt to abolish the second amendment. He is the kind that would order gun confiscations. |

He certainly would, especially in light of his comments about getting the world's permission, and his propensity for wanting to get the UN to authorize everything. The UN will be wanting to practice gun control, for sure. |

Bill Clinton was president for my daughter's first seven years of
life. In an effort to make the best of an unfortunate situation, we had something of a family game, which my young daughter thoroughly enjoyed, when ever Mr. Bill popped up on the news, every one would dive for the remote, in an effort to be the one to mute that clown. I don t think JK (I can t bring myself to type his actual name) will be elected. I'm not very conservative, but I truly believe that our actions in Iraq, may very well have postponed the end of humanity, and that out weights all other issues. I'll climb down off my soap-box now. I'm of the opinion that a Kerry win will be the probable end to what I think America is, what it means to me. Since the Clinton win I haven't held out much hope, I stopped being "patriotic" in Nov 92. Now my relationship, the way I feel about this country, is more like a buisiness thing. It's still the best country going but I don't think it will allways be.
When talk of confiscation starts I will bury my guns, if something happens I will be ready. I am willing to risk a lot to shut up the libs that have ruined my ancestral home. I will fight tooth and nail everything he does to hurt my country. I will start to invest my retirement money off shore, if nothing hapens by the time I am old enough to quit (15 years now) I will be leaving. |

Fortunately, even if he does manage to get elected, I seriously doubt he will be able to pass any significant legislation in the near term that will affect my daily life. One thing I will do is move....I want to get away from the college towns, the liberals, the leftist idiots,,,basically everything and all things urban. I'm not really near a city now, but I am within an hour of one, and thats too damn close. The very least I will do is get out into rural central PA....or out into the mid-west.
