I've never waited for a season to grow a beard.  I just have one.

Maybe I'll use it as an excuse to stop shaving and go balls to the wall.

I have a tactical amish chin strap beard all year, I just convert it to a tactical face and neck beard that any tier 1 would be proud of for elk season.

Started mine two weeks ago.  Should be warm and toasty by muzzleloading in mid-October.

Smokepoles are last week of Sep and first week of Oct here, I will have moved on to ducks and guideing modern rifle hunters by mid Oct. With the early cold snap this year I might get screwed for elk

Just shaved my face wed night. First time with a naked face for at least two years. Feels weird.
