when all elsefails.. remember this ..... There is no state in the union where it is legal to collect on gambling debts. So when your Credit Card bill comes with a $4000.00 charge from 'YousuckAtruolette.com' you can legally refuse to pay, and there is nothing any one can do about it. CC shenanigans have become a big proplem for the online casino indusrty and youll be immediately black listed by just about every site... but thats OK . If your running up that kind of debt you need someone to force you to quit gambling anyways...

You will lose any credit rating you had also. I know a lot of people have no idea you can write off a couple grand in gambling losses without a lot of losing tickets, I do horses so you get losing tickets. Ohio has some law on internet purchases where you pay tax on purchases or something. New to me. Lots of gambling things are weird. I would find out for your state first before trusting a magazine, plus with that in the magazine now it will be something else to make legislation about. Some of my info comes from people who pay accountants and what not, but look it all up for yourself and make sure. I would not want to lose my credit rating, plus I am near an otb site in kentucky and can cruise to the gambling boats in indiana or a horsetrack if I want too.

I doubt it. I'm sure Nevada has a strict policy on the casinos being able to collect. However, try asking over here: http://www.bj21.com/ Probably best to do so in this forum: http://bj21satellite.com/misc_bj/ Although this one is specific to online "casinos": http://bj21satellite.com/internet/ I've never heard of an online casino that ran an honest game. And really, I don't see what the point is of playing online -- no free drinks, no hot babes hanging out at the tables. . . .
