i can't operate properly around a kitchen or BBQ pit without a cold beer.  tonight is snack night and everybody is expected to bring a dip and chips/crackers/whatever.  my contribution is kings inn seafood dip.  no seafood but its great on a ritz cracker by itself.


1 onion (large)
3 cloves garlic
3 boiled eggs
4 stalks celery
1 quart regular mayonaisse
3/4 bell pepper
1 small jar of pimentos
serrano peppers to taste
1 1/2 sleeves of ritz crackers

put all ingredients except mayo and crackers in a food processor, grind well then add mayo and crackers and repeat process to desired consistency.  more crackers can be added if too runny.

shit is awesome on fried seafood but use your leftover ritz and just dip it, you'll thank me.
