This little guy caught my eye... Happy to add it to the collection (and a DPMS LPK)

gave it a thorough cleaning up, it's in great shape!

Always nice to come home with a new toy - can't wait to go break it in! (for me)

Nice laminated stock M91/30.

Which arsenal? Year of manufacture?

It's a Tula, 1940. I think the stock is still covered in cosmoline... I read the thread in the C&R forum about removing it.

Stock is covered in shellac, if it's not peeling, leave it alone

When my tax return finally comes in, I'm thinkin about gettin a 91/30 to go with my m44. After I do my SBR AR and  .22 can though.

70 bucks or so for a good shooter, you can't beat that.

ok. New to the C&R stuff... I had read a little into the MN's before I bought this one... it's in pretty good shape overall. the barrel is good, and the bolt is clean. The stock has some wear and tear, but looks like normal wear for a 70 year old gun to me.

Do you even won feet?

Oh, sorry about that. Nevermind.

I think I saw a toe...well, that better be a toe.

Is that a hospital gown?

Tulas are very sweet. I only have one Tula (my other two Mosins are Izzy).

Good buy.

Strip that sucker down and clean out all the cosmo. It's not hard at all:

Be sure to strip and clean the bolt too:
