'dream' act is back.
Backroom deals by scumbags. Good luck on your kids' futures. Call your senator's local office, calls to DC are ignored. Waiver on p. 5 allows zero to grant blanket amnesty! |

YOU CAN HELP FIGHT THE AMNESTY TODAY
WITH FACEBOOK & TWITTER (in addition to the phones) DREAM Act Amnesty Vote Tomorrow Morning I assume you already saw my alert that I sent at 1 a.m. this morning (it is at the bottom of this alert). Chris Chmielenski, our Website Editor, just reminded me that there are additional things that you can do to help save the country from a disastrous amnesty passing the Senate tomorrow. (The PRO-amnesty people are already all over the Senators' facebook pages, so please add some sanity there.) There are already some great DREAM Act conversations taking place on the Facebook fan page for many of our target Senators. You can join in these discussions, or start a new conversation that urges the Senator to vote NO on the DREAM Act. Heres how 1) Visit the Facebook pages from the list below. 2) Click the Like button on the top of the page (usually next to the Senators name) 3) Post a message voicing your opposition to the DREAM Act on the wall George LeMieux http://www.facebook.com/pages/George-LeMieux/153771371660?v=wall Susan Collins http://www.facebook.com/susancollins?v=wall Olympia Snowe http://www.facebook.com/SenatorSnowe?v=wall Jon Tester http://www.facebook.com/senatortester Kay Hagan http://www.facebook.com/SenatorHagan?v=wall Kent Conrad http://www.facebook.com/kentconrad?v=wall Kay Bailey Hutchison http://www.facebook.com/kaybaileyhutchison Debbie Stabenow http://www.facebook.com/stabenow Claire McCaskill http://www.facebook.com/senatormccaskill?v=wall Jim Webb http://www.facebook.com/jimwebb?v=wall Lisa Murkowski http://www.facebook.com/SenLisaMurkowski?v=wall Mary Landrieu http://www.facebook.com/senatormarylandrieu?v=wall Byron Dorgan http://www.facebook.com/byrondorgan?v=wall You can direct a short message to your Senator through their Twitter account. Heres how 1) Login to your Twitter account. 2) Send a Tweet urging the Senator to oppose the DREAM Act. For example, @SenatorCollins Protect Americas unemployed by voting NO on the DREAM Act 3) Make sure you add the Senators Twitter name into your message so it shows up on their feed. THIS MORNING AND CONTAINS DIRECTIONS FOR THE PHONE CALLS THAT MUST BE MADE TODAY TODAY (FRI.) IS YOUR LAST DAY TO STOP DREAM ACT AMNESTY Sen. Reid Is Shoe-Horning Vote on Saturday Morning As Other Senate Efforts Are Falling Apart PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PHONE TO COUNTER THE GIANT SURGE OF PRO-AMNESTY LOBBYING Here Are Today's Target Lists For Phoning Sen. Reid's change of plans was announced suddenly Thursday evening. So, the moment of truth is upon every one of us. Will we rise to the occasion and help our allies in the Senate defeat this amnesty? Your most important phone calls are to your own two Senators. CAPITOL SWITCHBOARD –– 202-224-3121 Following are the lists that show the kinds of calls each Senator needs to get. TOP PRIORITY: Encourage These 12 Senators To Stick With Leanings or Pledges To Vote NO This is the group that we HAVE to win. Fortunately, they are all leaning toward voting NO and their staff may even be saying they probably will vote NO. But our allies in the Senate don't feel absolutely sure of these votes. The dozen Senators are under enormous lobbying pressure intended to make them feel inhumane if they vote NO. Give them quick phone calls to thank them for their intention to vote NO on the DREAM Act amnesty. And note that a key reason they are right is that DREAM provides zero enforcement to stop future millions of illegal workers from coming and taking jobs from hard-pressed Americans. All three of these have good tendencies in our direction on amnesty in the past. But they are acting like this amnesty is somehow different. Your job with these Senators is to persuade their staffs that voting for an amnesty without any enforcement will definitely be a key issue in the 2012 elections during what all experts predict will be continuing high unemployment for U.S. workers. All three of these are Democrats in states that swung heavily Republican in last month's elections. A vote for amnesty might look like political suicide. Quoted: As much as I loathe it...its going to get passed. No, it's not. Reid is filing for cloture, and he needs 60 votes to get it out of debate. It won't happen, especially now that former DREAM supporter Orrin Hatch is running for his political life. Like the DADT repeal, this is all political theatre to keep Democrat constitutent groups on board for 2012. |

Actually, EVERYONE call.
The numbers are at the top of this thread. You know all the illegals and college phone banks are. And every dirtbag that makes $$ off illegals is. It's our future. Notice the vehicles burning and riots in the streets in Europe? That will be your future if you don't stand up. SO CALL!!! |

Well, it is always possible that there might be some last-minute payoff deal to buy votes from fence-sitters, like with health care. But it didn't happen two weeks ago when Harry tried the first time, I doubt it will happen tomorrow –– especially after Congress has gotten a huge earful from angry constiuents regarding their spending bill. The truth is, a lot of Democrats don't really want this to pass either. They just want to make it look like the Republicans killed it so they can go to the barrios and claim to be amigos de La Raza in 2012. |

If you call Sen. Hutchison's Abilene number the voice mailbox is full. You have to call Austin. email & tweet then you NEED to put enough doubt in their minds that their politcal career will not go down in flames that they will avoid this turd of a bill. Takes two minutes of your time. DO IT. I called Austin... Did I not make that clear? Not nagging you, reinforcing it for everyone else. thanks for your efforts - they ALL make a difference Gotcha! And thanks to the OP for listing all the numbers. Made it really simple to call my RINO Senator. She sucks so hard. I still won't forgive her for the first bailout. I mention it whenever I contact her . |

As much as I loathe it...its going to get passed. Whew! I was worried. I'm glad to know it's just political theatre. |

Quoted: Lindsey Grahamnesty isn't on the list. He die? No, like Orrin Hatch he wants to be re-elected in 2012. Grahamnesty isn't supporting it this time around. |

SO CALL!!! I would rather half of the Mexicans come (legally, mind you- very slowly too) rather than so many of the second world Muslims. |
|
CAT is right,.
They come in all different kinds. Illegal is illegal. |
|
The START is still on the floor debate.
Does anyone know if the vote for tomorrow is still on? |

Quoted: The START is still on the floor debate. Does anyone know if the vote for tomorrow is still on? Depends on if Harry Reid thinks the benefits of voting on it are outweighed by the potential losses. If it appears he's not going to come close to winning he might just cut his losses and let it die. His credibility took a big hit when he had to pull the Omniporkulus bill; two embarrassments in one week might be too much for his reputation. |

I emailed Snowe and Collins...for what good it will do........RINOS.

We're a few votes away from becoming permanent democrap country.
|
|
reed figured he'd sneak this in when no one was watching.
It was supposed to be on tomorrow. |
|
You are right.
Tomorrow morning it is. I'll revise the name again. |
|
fuck it letem in . before yall start screamin think about this for a minute. we have already seen that our govermenment will do what it pleases and we the people doesnt amount to shit anymore. so maybe we just need to ride this shit out and when the gov fucks up enough we the people will have had enough and then when we hit rock bottom maybe we can start to rebuild this country again. just a thought. ok scream away now
|
|
Tomorrow at 9:00 AM
Will be a day to remember if this passes. Not only will it drastically increase the illegals flowing in but create millions of new democrat voters in just a few years. How does it feel to have your vote worth the same as a third world criminal's? |
|
Tens of millions.

Wonder what deal they cut with the budget and the START treaty?
Scumbags. |
|
lets hope these douchebags learned their lesson ith Obaamacare about pissing off the vast majority of the people. I highly doubt a republican will vote yes on this and if a few dems running in 2012 knew what was good for them they would vote no as well.

I'll call Barbara Boxer......See if I can get her to change her vote.

My email to Sen. Hutchinson.
Dear Senator Hutchinson, I am a concerned Texas resident and American citizen in regards to tomorrow's vote on illegal amnesty. I have read THE DREAM ACT over well, and quite frankly I am disgusted by America even considering this to vote on. We cannot let this get passed. I did not know this was being voted on and if I would have found out earlier today, this message would have been delivered via telephone. Just so I am making this clear I AM AGAINST THIS PIECE OF LEGISLATION. If we pass this, I fear our country will be lost to the less productive members of society for a great long time. Your vote against this will count, just as our votes count towards keeping men and women like yourself in office. Please don't let America down! Thank you, |
|
They are trying really hard to get a BIG FU America before they leave.
|
|
don't worry, D_Ave has assured us that none of this stuff will pass..
on second thought - it doesn't hurt to call! |
|
Maybe when the NFL and NBA are broadcast in spanish, the idiots will wake up.
