i quit smoking two weeks ago tonight!
i only smoke 2 during the first week and none during the second!
i am drinking beer tonight and do not even have a craving for one.
i quit cold turkey.
it been nice not real noticable short of temper either with people.

lots of life savers though and bit of honey candies.

CONGRADULATIONS!!! I quit dipping 2 months ago, had a dip 2 nights ago and started feeling like I would puke.

this is the second time i quite.the first time was about 14 years ago and started up angain about 8 years ago.both time the cigeretts started to taste real bad and i could stand it any more,both time i gave the last pack i had at the time away.

Damn how do you do that? I have thought about smoke away but have seen it not work on others. I need to get my hands blown off or somthing.

give the smokes away and get a bag of lifesavers is how i did it.
and remember every time you want a smoke get a life saver, and that you are saving your life.

congrats, it's been a little over a year for me. I was on a experimental drug at the Mayo clinic that allowed me to quit without gaining weight but it did make me a little cranky

I quit smoking too. About 20 minutes ago. I think I'm going to start again here in a minute tho.

Congrats. I quit back in '97 after 25 years of smoking. I quit a couple of times before that but it never stuck.

Just keep it going, one day at a time. Once you have some time under your belt you'll realize how much of a hold it had on your life. Eventually it will become foreign to you, but it does take time.

It's also so friggin expensive. +1 on diverting the funds to ammo purchases.
