I will take a regular 30 rounder, fill the botom 2/3rds of it with mortar. Cut the spring down to work and sell it to you for $100.

I could imagine that a 30 round mag body could be rivetted to bind the follower as to prevent loading loading more than 10 rounds.

Personally, I'd like to own a faux-30 rounder for theatrical and display purposes.
