Prior to Katrina hitting the Gulf, I saw a news story about problems many Floridians are having from last years hurricanes. FEMA was slap in the middle of the housing mess.

They would lose their suprise when they REALLY want to send us all to POW camps, so they do a crappy job on purpose, they are just that good.

Oh for goodness sakes,
Clearly FEMA was organized to take the guns of affluant people who think for themselves and pray to the one true God. Obviosly, these are not the target people. What kind of conspiracy nut are you? I'm glad I could inject a litte sanity into this discussion.
