how do you sleep?

ok, i was wondering how you sleep... arms up above your head or down at your side? reason i ask, is because ive heard that sleeping with your arms above your head is bad for your shoulders / rotator cuffs.

Same here, but my arms usually end up at my sides or folded so my hands are next to or under my head.

On my back, both hands on my chest, one clutching the TV remote. I wake up in the exact same position I go to sleep in, never move at all.

I'm a flopper. Usually wake up at 100AM till 200AM thinking of guns stuff, reloads, next buy, etc...

Like the dead.

Asleep in 2 minutes, wake-up in the same position I fell asleep in, which is usually on my back with one arm around the female companion. If said female companion can't lie still, then I usually end up on my side, teetering on the edge of the bed.

I had someone ask me that when I was buying a new bed. I was wondering how in the hell should I know?

I know the positions I usually fall asleep in, but I have no idea what position(s) I occupy during the night.

All you do is post here all over the place, so of course you can't sleep........Turn off the computer or extreme long term mental damage will occur.

ETA: Clear Conscience........Alseep on my side in less than a minute and usally wake up in the same position I went to sleep in......Thanks to my Sleep Number Bed from Select Comfort Sleep number......... 35

i like to put my hand under my pillow, but that puts pressure on my hand and i often wake up with a sore wrist. i should make an effort to keep them at my side or on top of my stomach/chest.

I typically sleep with one arm at my side, and one underneath my pillow/head. I will wake up about once every two nights or so with an arm that is COMPLETELY dead due to the weight of my head cutting off circulation. I literally have to pick it up with my other hand and move it manually, the dead arm is totally devoid of animation. It's really kinda fun, actually.
