help me !!!

i sent a postal m/o certified mail, to a well known, but not always liked, company.
don't ask who it is, you will find out as this moves along.

i got the return reciept back ok with there signature (so i believe anyway) on it.

they are saying that they have no record of it.

they had to ask me my name 3 times allready !
after the third time, i am getting the cold shoulder.

it takes about 2 weeks to get a copy of the m/o, so i am told.

what should i do ?
what will the post office do ? if anything.
please answer only if you "know"

The post office takes longer then two weeks to check on a money order. They sent me a copy of a money order after it was cashed , it took 5 weeks. With the copy of the money order you can eather get your money back or lots of so-sorry.
