I got a CMT. Are you going to shoot anything other than 55gr. or 62gr. bullets?

whoever is cheaper.

i gave up on "name" stuff a long time ago with the exception of bolts, barrells, fire control.

I have experience with all kinds of CMT stuff and overall I think it is very good quality, the only problem I have had is a carrier key come loose. I like the upper, for the price it is a good buy. The LMT does have the 1/7 but it also has a 4150 barrel and M4 feedramps. If these things are moot to you then I would suggest the CMT. OTOH, if the above characteristics are important...well then...

Then unless the other features chewbacca lists are very important to you I would go for the CMT. The tighter twist rate (1/7) would be better for heavier bullets. That isn't important to me either since I only shoot 55 or 62gr. as well. You can't go wrong with either one.
