Well I hope someone is in the process of making bumper stickers like this. They probably should nail down the exact date she said it. Hopefully there is actual video footage also. Would make great pre-election commercials

There is, I saw a clip of her saying it, and the video captures a round of applause after she says it.

Democratic Party Fundraiser June 28th 2004 is the date I found.

I'd actually planned on getting stickers of that made if Kerry chose her as a running mate as one of the many rumors said.
