i know that you can buy steel targets in different shapes and sizes and spin different ways...yadda-yadda.  my question is-does anyone know what type of steel they are made of for the "hyper-velocity" calibers?  i know how to skim along with fabricating, but i've got a buddy at work that is a pretty good fabricater.  between me and him-we can perform a "government project" and get the job done.  but these companies act like it's a special steel they use for the targets.  and i need to know what kind it is.  anyone know?  thanks.
