Could he be referring to the FBI pamphlet supposedly released out of the Arizona headquarters, which gave pointers on how to spot "terrorists." Supposedly, this document (which I have never seen) listed such signs as bumper stickers claiming support for the constitution, NRA stickers, flying the flag, etc. Again, I only read this here and other places, but if it's on the web, it must be true. [;)]
