If anyone has how does it perform? is it worth it for the cheaper mags or is it better to go with the same manufacture that takes the dpms mags. what does the hive mind say?

DOn't have one. THat said, it sounds like you're looking at a CMMG regardless of which mag.?
In that case, I'd go with the G3 mag one, as G3 mags are like $1, while DPMS mags are like $25, and Pmags are like $20.

sonju-kalispell montana makes them -si defence-I have 4 armilite ar10 2 carbine 2 20 inch all work great.

I was interested until I found out that you have to take a dremel to an upper to make it fit.

Looked like some are out there pre-fitted.

Call CMMG, I hang out with them sometimes and they are good guys. They have an improved version of the lower in production now, I don't know if they are for sale yet but I would wait for one of those.
