Men like to shoot things, give them a target to aim at and they will not miss the urinal, simple as that. Urinal cakes, same function larger target. At the ST theater in Branson MO the Bathroom Attendant puts crushed ice in the urinals so men can have fun while they pee. No one misses the urinal.

they got those in germany too. And they line part of the stations for the subway system's walls. Out in the open!

I just got back from Schiphol, but don't remember the fly. Guess I was too busy figuring out the freakin' buttons and three shells.
I do seem to remember hearing something about this a few years ago, though. And the bathrooms there weren't THAT clean. |

They had to remove the jane fonda urinal sticker, it seems that people started to shit on it.
