Is there ANY service out there that will send a guy an email reminder for birthdays and anniversaries?

This isn't the first time I've been at sea and been so jammed up out here I've forgotten anniverasries and birthdays.

Is there any electronic help out there?

I'm sorry I'll never get to shoot with you, sir. I'll try to make the funeral though.

There is no "making it up" you just pray you live long enough for her to stop reminding you of iit.

Send card that reads as follows...

"I am at sea. Get over yourself."

Course I've never had a relationship that lasted until there was an anniversary involved, so I may not be the man to take advice from.

You're in active duty? I think that has to count for something. Write a letter from your heart. Tell her how you felt about her when you first fell in love with her. How you still feel about her and how you remember how beautiful she looked on your wedding day.

If that doesn't get you out of the dog house May God have mercy on your soul.

Patty
PS Thank you for your service and your families sacrifice!

Remember, you didn't forget the date of your anniversary, you just forgot what TODAY'S date was.

I swear I need to start a business making greeting cards for men.

They would say things like "Happy Anniversary" and on the inside "Hey we're still married so that means I love you."

"Happy Birthday" "You are now a year older."

"Happy Valentines Day" "I was gonna buy flowers but they die and I didn't want to bum you out."

"Merry Christmas" "I really don't understand why a card purchase is necessary with all these gifts."

Cards would be a basic font printed on affordable white stock. They would sell for .50 cents.

After 5 years women would stop demanding cards altogether.

My wife, and I, forgot our anniversary both last year and this year.

When we realized it, we laughed and chalked it up to yet another thing that really doesn't mean diddly shit.

I love my wife.

Sorry Dude,
...But for wimmin folk, that one goes into permanent storage.

So, when she wrecks the car...
or buys the kids ice cream from the JollyWally truck using your Mercury dime collection...
or even 40 years from now, when she mistakenly throws away your heart pills....

...her response will be: " Well, YOU forgot our anniversary...hmmph"

Would the "My cat didn't remind me" excuse still work?

Try it, then report back.. but when you try it, happen to be carrying nice chocolates and flowers.

Last year my wife asks me... "What is today's date?" I said "The 24th. Why?" She then says "Do you realize our anniversary passed 3 days ago?"

We BOTH forgot!!

then again, we were both preoccupied with our daughter's health issues so I think that is a valid excuse.

My wife and I have had five anniversaries.

We have forgotten at least three of them, for at least a few days.

It's not a big deal to us.

This and the arfcom army are probably the best ideas you've had so far Steyr! Why do women insist on buying a card to go along with a gift you just bought?? Isn't the gift enough?? BAH!

I use MiniMinder to track birthdays, payday, etc. It's free and you can set it up to remind you X number of days before the date.
