Some construction workers that are ripping up patios in my complex dumped some sand into the bed of my dad's nearly brand new Silverado.

So have people here gotten "gifts" in their pickup beds?

they aren't that stupid

Now, I only throw occasional things into others. :-)
Mostly foreign jobbies.

no, not really, man that irks me when that happens, hasn't happened in years, but it's a good thing too.

when i was in college a bunch of us placed a geo metro into the bed of a F350.  good thing both of the owners thought it was funny.

yea i used to find stuff in my bed sometimes after school, or after cowboys games.

nothing too bad.  i had friends that used to do it to me, so i would do it right back.

but when i was in college i used to throw empty dip cans and beer cans in the back all the time.  it added to the redneck appeal.

I have a cap on mine, although I'm astonished at the things I've found in mine. Seldom do thre or four months go by without me finding something good in the back of mine. A 6-pack, some scrap copper, I never know what's going to happen next.

My dad's previous rig was a '97 C-2500 Chevy with a tonneau and a bedliner.  No one threw stuff in there.

Nope.  And I sure as hell wouldn't be happy if someone did - it's my mode of transportation, not a trash can.

Yes, every now and then I'll find a paper cup or fast food bag in the back of my truck. It pisses me off to no end...

Nope...

But when I came out to go to work one day I found the 30 bowling pins I had in the back of my truck for a shoot standing in a neat perfectly spaced circle around my truck

Who ever did it had too much time on their hands

I dont have  a truck but I do have a problem with people tossing their trash out of their cars as they drive over the bridge at the edge of my yard. I don't know why people feel more comfortable littering just because they're driving over a bridge

)I guy I use to work with had a bad habit of throwing trash in other people's trucks. He drove an old POS car that used oil. Everyday he would check his oil and add a quart or so. Then the empty oil bottles and the oily paper towels went into some lucky person's truck bed.

A little advice to those people who throw trash in other people's truck: KEEP YOUR WINDOWS ROLLED UP.

Someone at work () found empty bottles in my...their truck and threw the bottles in the guy's driver seat. I think what pissed him off the most was that I kept the bottle caps, and just gave him the bottles......

Yep.....  They just toss out the old ratty ones anyways.

Great targets !  Take one HELL of a beating before they're useless.

No I haven't gotten any gifts.  I have a locking hard bed cover on my truck.  I do tend to throw crap in the back and forget about it.  My golf clubs have been back there for almost a year now.  At least I always have them when I get to the course.

Now my buddy had an older GMC truck that was known as the garbage truck, because everyone we knew and even didn't know threw crap and trash into  it.

Not often.  But the ocational water bottle appears every once and a while.

In college I had two roomates, one and myself would put water bottles in the third roomates truck all the time.  He would get so pissed.  We told him about a year after we all graduated that it was us.  He was pissed, but forgave os after calling us assholes and having a good laugh.

Many years ago I had parked my dad's truck in a parking lot at a strip mall.  I was coming back out and saw this guy throw a McDonalds bag into the bed.  I got to it, got the bag, got in the truck, drove past the guy, said "hey asshole!" and when he looked, I threw it at him, at a range of about 5 feet.  It hit him in the face.  Then I drove off and didn't look back.  He's lucky it wasn't a bottle.

When I was in high school my band teacher... yes I know band h.gif... walked out of target and found a brand new in box weedeater in the bed of his truck. He was pretty happy about it he already had one so he returned it to a local hardware store for credit.

There was a worn out tire that got passed around the parking lot where I work.  It was a running joke. I hauled it around for several days without even noticing.

Someone dumped a car door in the bed of my son's pickup at work.. He's still freaking out trying to figure out what to do with it..

Then there's this Coyote and Coon I dumped in the back of a friend's pickup in South Dakota after we blasted them with an SKS.
