if i get an fll do i have to open a 9-5 week long business or can i just go into the business of transfering firearms for people and ordering things for them?

You don't have to do the 9 to 5 as you say, but you do have to have either a store front, office, or area of your home open to the public for your business. The hours you set with the ATF on your dealer application do not have to be kept as always open, rather they are the hour during which you will do business, in other words take appointments.
