I read in this forum about how you cant have a M16 part in the same building as an AR 15 lower because the ATF will nail you with constructive posession, but couldnt they similarily nail you if you have a shotgun or a rifle and a hacksaw?? It just seems as if the ATF can nail you for anything, as long as you own guns... so why bother with these stupid laws..? not that I am advocating breaking the law but Think about it, you obey the law, they punish you, you break the law, they still punish you, so whats the point?

A hacksaw has other uses.  M16 parts and an AR15 with no legal M16 tends to indicate that you plan on installing them in the AR15.
