Bump-

I'm curious about this one, too. I realize that it will be of much lower quality than a 9mm AR, but the price is right for a plinking toy.
Anybody that owns one, or has even seen one, I'd like to hear about it.

Gun Test magazine did a write up on them in feb '03.  Their verdict fwiw: don't do it, the Kel-tec sub rifle 2000 was the better carbine.  Fun and accurate.

I have the pistol version of the gun made by Masterpiece Arms. So far it's been reliable and the best part is that it takes STEN mags. I don't have much experience with the carbine, it just feels too short for me.
