here are two articles from the local paper, the first from thursday, the second from today (friday).  after reading thursday's article, i was expecting miniguns, c-4 and maybe a suitcase nuke or two. friday gives you an idea of what they actually found.

i'm not 100% certain, but i'm pretty sure i've actually met this guy. he did some engine work on my lawnmower and then several months later, i ran into him at the range. i dont recall what he was shooting, but i'd remember if it were unique in some way.

in our limited encounters i remember thinking he was extremely pleasant, thoughtful, and i would have been happy to throw any business (small engine) his way as i could tell he could have used the extra cash. of course, i'm not advocating illegal manufacture, but i am curious to see what happens with this case and how it's presented in the media.
