Okay...opinions of a Cannon gun safe?

Cannon is a good safe, and has the best warrantee (they pay for shipping for service) in the business. I have a Liberty, but I would buy a Cannon if I needed another one and it was a decent deal.

Ditto on the warranty. If Cannon's security is not up to your personal needs, then you should really consider a real safe or if fire resistance is key, you should look at a data safe. If you need a gunsafe, Cannon is just fine and won't break your bank.

Good safe, they are a little rough on the inside, but a decent safe and the best value I found when I shopped for one.

I have a Browning Pro Steel, but I think the Cannon and Liberty safes are great also.

Cannon makes a sub-brand of safe called "American Eagle" which is somewhat cheaper (and is all the local shop carries).  Does anyone know what you'll lose by going with an American Eagle Cannon instead of a Traditional Cannon?

Their website is pathetically sparse on details, and they never called me back

Bargain your best.   Delivery is VIP to me, it wasn't worth my back to try and move a 1300 lbs safe  (my Cannon model 50)
