D-C...My best friend just had her boy on 9/11...she wasn't due for 3 weeks: easy birth and baby and mom are fine (we're so close that we consider ourselves related) so I am sending good baby vibes your way!

thanks all

i talked to em today and she sounds very perky--her last day of work was friday, so i called to see if she was stir crazy yet

she seems to be keeping busy with small daily tasks and is sending my nephew to day care since he loves it there and she is supposed to be resting

i put in for time off for that week today

I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

she goes to the hospital about noon today to begin the process

impatient bunch, are ya??

i have no idea how my BIL has the internet connected at his house anymore, so ive been out of contact

Ryan Michael was born early this morning at 1:54am--7lbs 15 1/5oz and 21 inches long

mom, dad, and a VERY proud big brother are doing fine--my mom and i brought Patrick to visit late morning today--i woke up with some sort of cold and sore throat, so i didnt get to hold the baby yet

and i forgot my camera in my excitement yesterday , so no pix either

but no fear, i am going back this evening and will bring the camera and have pix by late tonight--my BIL is going home to help put big brother to bed, so i will go hang out with my sister

more to come......

ETA: BIL must have had his laptop at the hospital--this was in my email

Neither of my babies were cone-heads and neither of them had small heads either. OUCH!

I was actually wishing for small cone-headed babies. Instead, I get 8lb 3oz and 9lb 11oz Jimmy Neutrons.
