anyone have any DWG files of firearms to share?

or anything interesting really..

I'm starting my 2nd semester of CAD classes and am having a great time with it. :)

here's an interesting .dwg of our solar system... (zoom in on the moon and get a closer look at what  you'll find)

Back in high school ('86) in drafting class we got a pc with auto cad on it. It came with a few drawgins, one was a picture of the moon or something and you kept zooming in, i forgot what object, but you ended up zooming in and a up comes a hiker climbing a mountain showed up. Pretty cool for back then.

I think I have some 3D women somewhere.  IM me and I will post them on my site for you to grab.

Also, I have the AR-15 lower reciever drawings and solid models in Pro/Engineer format, that I can convert to Acad for you.

If you can get any training or experience with some of the better 3D modeling packages like Pro/E, Solidworks, or SolidEdge then I suggest that you jump on it.  These packages are MUCH better than AutoCAd, which I feel is best left to 2D drawings.

If you look around you can find cad files of auto sears, not that you'd do anything with it. It is scary how simple the thing is.

I've seen the .pdf of the ar lower, just not in a .dwg or any other format., this is the kind of thing I'd like to see.   the emachine thing is pretty neat.

I didn't bother to check the format, but there are probably some in *.igs format here:

www.biggerhammer.net/ar15/cad/

You can import them into Autocad.
