Must be an economic thing.  Not enough money to go out and do anything else, too cheap to bring protection.

Is this thread about mexicans?

It's more of a "fuck anything you can catch and hold down with no thought of the consequences" boom.

I think part of it is a lot of women in their 30s who have held off having kids are having them now. I'm 36 and a shit ton of my lady friends had babies for the first time in the last couple years. They hear the clock ticking I guess. I myself have fathered two kids in the last two years, my first and only.  With my wife of course.

You started too late, gotta get lucky and scout good in your EARLY 20's at latest, good ones get taken fast.

2 options:  Look for younger models (without being creepy old guy)
Accept either crazy, a divorcee or both if your lucky

Met my wife when she was 31 and no kids. Before her I figured I would get a woman with at least one kid. Girlfriend before her had two. Didn't bother me though, kids are cool.

I was married and she was dating a friend and he brought her to a bike night at a local restraunt. 2 years later I had just seperated from my wife and ran into her and we started hanging out with no intention of being more than just friends since I planned on severely playing the field being freshly single. A month later we started officially dating, 2 months after that we got an apt together, a year and a half later bought a house.

A lot of women see shittin' out a bunch of kids as an attractive career path

Young soldiers make great 4yr appetizers too, with their guaranteed salaries.

Where you at in NY?

Buffalo seems to have preggo clubs in high schools and you ain't "cool" unless you're all pushin' in sync with each other.

Seriously, I see a lot of kids with kids that don't even look old enough to be sexin'...  let alone 9+ months ago.

I'll tell ya who aren't having kids - liberal urban socialites.

So we've got that going for us.

OP, find a hippie and convert her.

Ya, finding a good one early is the best. Judging by what I've seen girls do in the span of 4 years in college, god knows what they've been up to by 28. I just lost a good one, but I'm only 23, life goes on and I'm still young!!!

I turned 40 before my first kid was born.

It seems like there are two shools of though on when to have kids: age 16 (not really much thought there) and age 40 (the clocks a tickin').

Yes, there has been a major baby boom and it's now just being noticed. School capacities will need to be up 50% in many areas in just a few years. It's looking just like the classic 50's, 60's bump.
