It was about lives of Russia's roketchiki, the missileers who stand ready to push the nuclear button. a lot of never seen behind the scenes footage, but the funny/sad part is when they screen them before they go on duty (required before each shift) they use bio-rhythms on a pc to see if they are mentaly fit ! To me this is one step above a Ouija board. Also all the consoles had state of the art rotary phones. now there's a big time saver.

I caught the last half of it.  The majority of what I saw was footage from other shows.  Interesting stuff though.

I saw it, talk about junk science! Biorythms went out in the seventies along with pet rocks. I couldn't believe they used it to test the mental fitness of their missle crews!
