Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - anyone here work for Nikon (specifically the sport optics area)?

I have a Nikon scope that i lost the turret covers for at the range one day.  I talked to their sport optic customer service guy on and off for over a year now trying to get replacements.  He told me for several months to "call me in two weeks"  or I'll call you asap they'll be here soon...

well, its been over a year and now he wont return my calls.

if anyone can help i'd appreciate it.

Its a ProStaff 3-9x40 Black Matte Nikoplex.
