They are not known for their communication and friendliness. However, I expect you will eventually get your product, I don't think I have ever heard of them ripping people off
I believe they have a large cancelation fee, so don't cancel |

They aren't friendly on the phone AT ALL, but I don't care because they've delivered what was promised in a timely fashion without any headaches.
I will continue to order from R Guns in the future if they offer something I want. |

I have had good luck with them in the past. I don't really bother to check up on orders currently. Their site says 4 weeks for in-stock orders.
Have they already charged your card? |

I've only used them once. That was to buy 10 Delaware Machine lowers for $65 ea.
They shipped the day after I ordered. Of course this was about 8 months ago, before the craziness.

I spoke with him at SHOT. He's just like everyone else out there = no products and limited product coming in. On top of that you're probably #10,000 in line. He will not rip you off, he's not going to teach you customer service lessons, but he's no crook.

The person I spoke with over the phone about their mosins was a complete douchebag. Took my business elsewhere.
