Psychopathic parentally motivated mockingbirds.
There are several trees behind the building, and on my exterior patrols, I must be getting close to some nests.
The birds are STRONGLY objecting to my presence back there.  We're talking screeching kamikaze runs here.  I figured that the Pappa Bird was just trying to scare me, but that bastard was getting CLOSE to my head.  I figured he'd be in a ramming mood in about 30 seconds, so I bugged out.
Anybody else angering the wildlife?

Spring has sprung !

I counted 3 active nests in my compound alone. Everybody and everything has been under attack for over two weeks now.

those damn mockin birds are mean as hell...i remember when i was a kid..we had a nest in the front yard, and that damn thing would attack anything that walked under the tree.  i sat there and watched it light into my cat's ass ...kinda funny...but my cat didnt think so.  think OTHER kitty got the birdy later that year.
