I suppose "Because fuck the ATF" is not a wise response...

I guess I'll go with "home protection" or something.

Does "Kill paper, bottles full of various liquids, fruits and vegetables" work?

But yeah, a little unclear about why you need this if the 80% lower thing is LEGAL.. anyone care to break the difference down in some DETAIL so I can fully grasp if an 80% make your own lower is LEGAL or not? Not trying to break any laws!

You can legally finish out an 80% lower for yourself. You can even sell it. However, you can't produce them to sell them.

The paperwork above is for a Form 1 SBR probably.

Not a dumb question; the NFA is just dumb. I'm making an SBR.

ETA: Beat by a minute and a half.

What exactly do I have to engrave on the lower?

"Cal multi" is the factory original caliber marking, so I imagine I'll have to engrave the actual caliber? Then do I engrave my name and city, state? Do I have to engrave my trust's name, instead, or in addition?
