REYNOSA, Mexico/TORONTO — Shortly after crossing the Rio Grande  into the gang-infested border city of Reynosa, dozens of Mexicans deported during U.S President Donald Trump's first days in office said they would soon try to head north again — but this time to Canada.

"I want to go to Canada with my passport," he said. "For those  without documents, I think (the United States) is over. Now it's Canada's turn."

Marcela Gonzalez's telephone and Facebook page may be a good indicator. The immigration paralegal in Toronto used to receive four calls a month from Mexicans in Canada, before Trump's election and the new visa-free travel.  Now she says she gets "four in less than 10 minutes" from people wanting to know how to get work permits and permanent residency.

Fix your shit, that's how we solved it.  It's not the USA's fault that mexico likes to export it's undesirables.  Nationalistic beliefs and a willingness to enforce very standard immigration law seems to work wonders at solving that particular problem.

If the US is still deporting Mexican illegals back to Mexico, then the US is doing it wrong.  If Mexicans here illegally knew they would be deported to Somalia or Syria, they would be less likely to come into the US illegally.

We should do what Mexico does with their illegals, punt them north.

Canada can't deport them back here to America, after all, and their country of origin will refuse them.

Pierre Trudeau can make them gift baskets.

Yeah, so they're just gonna pass on through to Canadia? Not stay here?
We bomb/battle countries far away for damn the same stuff that is going on right next door, and ignore it with "Well that's just the way it is, it's always been that way, nothing we can do".....
Except take in a sizeable portion of their population and forever change the demographics of this country.
You know, Fucking hand over on a silver platter the future of this country to a Fucking black headed (instead of red- headed) step-child of a cousin that can never get their shit together and is an eternal drain on you and yours.
Whuuut, are you a Racist?

I am very salty about how Canada treats US citizens crossing the the boarder.

If your PM wants to allow the illegals in rather then me (because I may be stealing a snow Mexician's job) than I am all for it.

I don't think the mexican government wants them to stay home.  Too much money coming across the border.  If the government had to create jobs, reduce corruption and enforce laws, it'd be mass chaos- so much easier to just keep things the way they've always been.

No no, our politicians would rather give away many of our families sacrifices to a horde of people who just waited.

They wont want to be in Canada for long. They will just use us as a jumping point to get back in the U.S.

The snow plowing season is longer than the landscaping season. Ain't no grass cutting jobs on the Canadian Shield which starts in my backyard and goes a 1000km north from here.

Their border show on Netflix was awesome. They gave nearly ZERO fucks about whatever sob story someone might have had trying to jump a tourist visa.

It got cancelled because they were too insensitive.

So is Canada wanting us to help get them there too.

That would put some Americans to work busing them and some rail lines going north.

Even a good Trebuchet would work with some connecting flights.

The liberals always say how the illegals are good for this country with a few rare exeptions, and its just the the cost of needed progress.
They must not care much about the good people still there, because they are quickly getting outnumbered.

They do seem way more eager to allow immigrants from overseas, than allowing Americans on vacation to enter.

Better you fuckers than us. We've had our turn and now your socialistic fuck stick government can accept those poor illegals who are just trying to better their lives!

Once they're all in Canada we need to build a northern wall.
