Cynthia McKinney and the Runaway Bride (can't remember her name) has to be the best examples of "crazy eyes" that I've ever seen. McKinney being black makes it even better. She's damn near pop eyed as well as crazy eyed.

What's funny, is crazy-eyes is one of those things which never really needs to be explained amongst men. You can be with someone who has never heard it before, see a chick that's sort of hot but has crazy eyes, you say it, and he instantly know what you're talking about.
Someone in a previous thread actually posted scientific (or at least it appeared that way) information about the differences between seeing the whites of their eyes above or below the iris, or all the way around. I wonder if women have similar terms, or at least have made the same observation, for men. I define crazy eyes as either extreme intensity or lack of depth in the gaze of a human female. If a woman demonstrates either of these symptoms while in a relaxed setting, then they have the crazy eyes.
