Thought as we are 3 days and change out from "Lost" season 3, I'd get a thread going.
Wednesday, October 4 at 9/8c "A Tale of Two Cities" SEASON PREMIERE- on ABC In the season premiere episode, Jack, Kate and Sawyer begin to discover what they are up against as prisoners of "The Others." To address one of the major complaints from last season, they will be airing 7 episoides in a row this fall, and than will air the last 18 episoides all in a row starting around January or February 2007. Close to "24" but they will still give us a 7 episoide fix for this fall.  Discuss |

They're going to have to do some SERIOUS revelating this season or people are going to stop watching this in droves. I personally like the "we have no idea where we're going with this, so here's something weird" feeling of the show.

I just finished season 2 on DVD. I didn't quite like it as much as season 1. I agree, they better do a little more explaining and a little less, "here's some really crazy shit that doesn't make a whole lot of sense...you better stick around to find out more."
I am looking forward to season 3 though. |

Missed out on the whole last season because I jumped in midstream and couldn't watch episodes out of order. Had to get the Season 2 DVD which just were released a few weeks ago. Rewatched Season 1 and already finished Season 2 last week. Will be watching it for the first time on TV. Gonna suck having to sit through the commercials.

The lost will die slowly just like the X-files...
Why? Because they didn't have ONE clue about the direction of the show when they started. Mysteriously on an Island...ok now what? Are they dead? Are they in purgatory? Then the show went crazy, I stopped watching after season 1. A show needs a direction, a primary plot about which sub plots can revolve. This show didn't have one.. |

Actually, Jericho runs at 8pm eastern/ 7pm central. Lost runs 9pm eastern/ 8pm central. Lost went to the that slot last season already. They haven't been in the early time slot since season 1. I'll be watching them in a row. That would suck if they played in the same slot, but thankfully they don't. |

They already lost a lot of fans with it last year by having absolutely no direction. I used to be a Lost fanatic...now I will grudgingly watch an episode. |

 Sawyer is the shows comic relief. Can't wait to figure out what happened to Desmond- was he fried or what? Looks like we will get some SKS action next week! And have we seen the "Other" that is working with Jack(and knocking him out) in one of the flashbacks? I thought I had seen her before...maybe not though. At first I thought she was Desmond's g/f. |
