Drinking, wanting to order something expensive from one of the site sponsors.   The booze tells you it's ok, so you say fuck it and order that complete upper your wanting.

 Who's guilty of this?

Aim has Spikes 10.5 " complete upper for $500 in stock.    Just what i need to complete my pistol build You don't realize how close i am to hitting the buy button.

The Buffalo Trace bourbon I've been drinking isn't helping.

I have resisted the urge so far.  However, I came very close to ordering $1200 in ammo one night.

It's just one more reason to have a long complicated password for your online banking.  When you're drunk you'll never get it right!

Many times.

Had cases of ammo show up on my doorstep before with only hazy, vague memories of ordering it. Nothing I've ever regretted buying, though. All good stuff.

All the time, that's how I usually shop.  Mostly ammo, but I did get all the parts for 2 rifle builds (FAL and XM177e2) while I was talking to Mr. Daniels.

I have not ever made a "drunk" gun/parts/ammo purchase. But I've had to cancel some orders from customers who have.

One day I came home to find a LaRue Tactical box on my doorstep.  Inside was a complete UDE furniature kit, a crapload of XTM panels and an EoTech 512.

At first I was a little perplexed, because these were all things I was planning to buy for a build I was working on, then I looked at my bank statement and saw that I bought them at 3am on a Sunday morning.  So yeah, guilty.  But it wasn't anything I wasn't going to buy anyway.

I've never bought anything drunk that I had no intention of buying at some point anyway... but when I budget myself out to build something a piece at a time over several paychecks, then wake up monday morning with 4 or 5 "your order has shipped" notices, and a bin full of recycleables... bad news bears.

Alcohol has never influenced any of my purchases.  And it has never influenced any of the paint schemes I use to re-finish firearms, either.

I intended this pistol to be for use in a candy cane factory!

I ordered a holster and mag pouch late yesterday evening after a few beers.  But I had decided to buy them while I was still sober, so I guess that doesn't count.  I almost pulled the trigger on about a case and a half of ammo, but the amount was high enough that I held off.  I may still do it later tonight.

I ordered a Stag 2HT complete upper one night.

When the brown truck came, he came with two. One with a flash hider and one with a muzzle break. I guess I couldn't decide and in Arfcom tradition I got both.

All I'll admit to, is having oral surgery to install dental implants - then $pending time and money finishing off the purchasing for a couple of AR projects intended for my 2 sons SOs.

For several days boxes arrived with uppers, BCGs, optics, etc.  Apparently I got it right, because I didn't have any extra parts when I was done, but I don't remember ordering any of it.  At least I got them nice stuff.

My buddy bought a 1450$ kel tec bull pup .308
I shot it and it was great to shoot and hangs on the front of you like a charm necklace..
It was really sweet.  I think that purchase was alchohol induced.

Never due to alcohol, but I have had boxes sitting on my porch that I had forgotten about ordering long ago due to back orders.
