Very nice "Dark Side of the Moon" effects. Great work.

All I can do in Photoshop is cut the boobs off a hot chick and stick em on one of my buddies.

Pretty cool. Have you seen the Photoshop Forum?

I'm not all that much into space stuff, but still nice. How long did it take you?

Oh, and 56kers: It'll take you a while.

Thanks for the input fellas, I'll be making another one tonight. They take me about 10 or 15 minutes of rendering and about 5 more of blurring edges and stuff.

I dunno, I don't think it's big enough. My desktop is 8' long by 2' wide....

there, they're shrunken. Just click the original links. 56kers shouldn't have a problem. Let me know if you do.

Pretty damn good.

If you like drawing I suggest you try Adobe Illustrator. It does what Photoshop lacks.

btw, is it dark up there in the land of the midnight sun?

I've played around with Bryce a little. I should get it again.

I'm in North Pole (about 10 minutes from Fairbanks)

Good stuff.  I've been a fan of computer generated art work since I was a child.  It's been a hobby of mine for years.

Yeah, I've seen some really good stuff there from many software packages.  LightWave is my tool of choice, so I'm rather partial to those galleries.

man, Lightwave is hard to use. I usually just makea  weird alien blob squid jellyfish looking thing and add some texture effects. I want to learn to animate in it.

It can be, but it's easy enough once you get your head around it.  A little something I made about 3 and a half years ago:
