so. I have a bunch of stupid friends that are bragging to everyone that they are goign to a HUGE kegger, as soon as they get outa church. including some of the "non" drinkers. and they got pissed at me becuase I told them that it was funny that they were going to a kegger right after church. they started in on the "you shouldnt judge us" thing... any comments?

I don't remember the part in the bible where God says Thou Shall not go to a kegger.

Thou Shalt not Drink!... And don't try using the "Be Sober and Vigilant" verse as a commandment from God not to drink at all... thats total BS.

No one here has ever done anything that they would be ashamed of while they were drunk???????

There's a difference between "having a drink" and going to a kegger and getting pounded for no reason other than to get pounded.

I think he was looking out for his friends.

Oh well, i guess you know who to stay away from eh?

First, I'd be concerned if they were underage.

Second, your friends who have never drank alcohol could be in danger if they try to keep up with regular drinkers of which I am one. There are too many instances of youngsters dying of alcohol poisoning to make light of your post.

Thirdly, stand your ground and maintain your principles no matter what. I'd just be careful of finking, ratting out or whatever the word is these days on your friends. You made your opinion clear and they are on their own now. Free will.

I'm worried about my two sons safety tonight too.
