here's the recipe

For the Spanish rice:
cook some white rice
sautee some onions in a sauce pan
add tomato sauce
salt, pepper, sugar
add cilantro
let simmer for 5 minutes
add rice and then stir

For the chicken:
melt a little bit of butter/mardrin
pepper the bottom the pan
place chicken breast in
add lemon on top
pepper the top
cook for 5-7 minutes per side

I had to keep the bottle closed, it would have been empty by the time i took the pics.

And for the trigger, I did a damn good job installing that grip safety so I have faith in it
