Yeah, Cruiseamerica, your response was very unconvincing.  

Cruise America screwed these people up bigtime and did not even apologise.  The company would have been better off keeping its mouth shut unless the Cruise America company had some plan to actually accept some responsibility instead of trying to act like it did nothing wrong.

Too bad, I was going to rent an RV this summer for a 2-week trip here in the West.  It won't be from Cruise America.
