by Anonymous

I don't want to kill you. I don't even want to wound you. I admire your courage and the commitment you've made to help others, often at the risk of your own life. I hope you won't come for me, because if you do, one of us will die. It may be you. I've done nothing wrong. I don't intend to. But the government that you serve has passed too many laws. I am sure to accidentally break one, some day. And that same government is systematically destroying the unalienable rights which our Constitution says may not be infringed - very specifically, my right to keep and bear arms.

I am not some wacko lunatic, but I can no longer stand idly by, while decent people are systematically enslaved by an out-of-control government. I cannot allow a corrupt judiciary to use its power to destroy my rights and my country. That government and that judiciary has begun to use you to arrest and kill people just like me - people who believe that the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights mean what they say.

You don't know me, but you see me every day. I may be a businessman, a truck driver, an executive. I could be a housewife or a salesman. But I am armed, as Americans have been for over 250 years, and I am determined to keep the freedoms that only an armed people may retain. With a rifle, I can hit a man-sized target at 800 yards. At shorter distances, in the blink of an eye, I can hit a head-size target with a handgun. I don't wear a uniform. I don't drive a marked car. I don't wear camouflage. I could be your own secretary, or your barber. I might be the guy who delivers your bottled water, or the parcel delivery lady. You don't know who I am, or what arms I have, and you never will. I am millions. I am America.

But I know you. I know your uniform, your car, and your work schedule. I know where you work, and where you live. And that is good for you, because not only am I no threat to you, so long as you do the job for which you are hired, I am also prepared to assist you when you are threatened. There aren't many of me left, you may think, but believe me, there are many, many more than you can imagine. When the chips are down, we are the ones who are truly on your side. On your side, that is, so long as you honor your Oath.

We are on your side if you are one of the majority of peace officers who are not corrupt and who have not sold out to the socialists and communist who will do anything, say anything to destroy the America our fathers and grandfathers bequeathed us. No, I am no threat to you, but your bosses in government don't see it that way. They think that I, and my arms, are a threat to them, and they are planning to send you for me, just as they've sent armed, dangerous officers on select little missions for years, taking out targeted individuals. On their orders, you may succeed in murdering me for my beliefs. Or you may not.

Whether or not you succeed in murdering me, as federal agents murdered Vicki Weaver in Idaho; or as those same federal agents murdered 81 men, women and children at Waco, Texas; there will be others who will rise up in my memory, as I now rise up in honor of the innocent lives taken by the jack-booted thugs and black-clad imitation ninjas who think it is fun to murder Americans -who have somehow become convinced that it is their job to murder Americans.

I am prepared to die, honoring my sacred Oath as an American, to defend and protect the Constitution of the united States of America. Are you prepared to die to violate the Oath you took? You see, our government is out of control. You know it. You've seen it. But you, like many others, have been too concerned with your job, your family, and your pension, to say or do anything about it. Deep down, you know I am right. But you think you must follow orders.

Or must you? Are you going to murder me for having the courage to stand up for the country and the principles in which you believe? Are you going to go along with unconscionably illegal, unconstitutional orders, just as the "good" German soldiers followed their orders? Are you going to be a peace officer or a jack-booted thug? There is little difference between a street outlaw who murders and robs; and a uniformed thug who murders and robs under color of law. The result is the same. Property confiscated, lives ruined, families ripped apart, murder committed, and a free nation destroyed.

Look at history. Look around the world. As we move toward a lawless society, our country moves closer and closer to anarchy and then some form of fascism. Are you going to enforce unconstitutional laws? Are you going to be the private army of fascist dictators masquerading as democratic representatives? Or are you going to do your part to recapture America? Are you going to keep your eyes and ears open? Will you let me know when the jack-booted thugs in the SWAT teams have targeted me? Will you let your fellow officers know that they are being sold down the river by their corrupt masters? Don't come to kill me. Because I don't want to kill you. If you do come, you may succeed - if you get lucky. But don't count on luck, because it will probably be hard - damned hard. Like millions of other Americans, I am the son or daughter of a nation of riflemen-citizen-soldiers who have a rich heritage of beating the best the enemy can send against us. We are resourceful. We understand weapons and tactics. You are foolish if you intend to be our enemy. If you don't succeed in the long run, and you won't, here's what you can expect:

Ambushes of SWAT teams; the wholesale slaughter of all the jack-booted thugs who have murdered innocent Americans on the orders of their socialist masters; targeted assassinations and kidnappings of anti-Constitution judges; assassinations of anti-American, anti-gun politicians.

By your willingness to be a good little Nazi, you will have unleashed a civil war. It doesn't have to be that way. You can do something about it. It's easy. Read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Although you took an Oath to defend them, you don't see much of them in your training, do you? Today, these documents are considered dangerous by the government, just as King George found them dangerous over 200 years ago. Why do you suppose your leaders lead you to oppose the very rights you swore to protect? Why do they want a disarmed public? You know the reason. It has nothing to do with controlling crime. It has everything to do with using you to disarm, fine and control your fellow American Citizens.

Don't fall for it. Don't force me to kill you.

(Signed, 100 Million Real Americans)

You really need to spend less time on this site and alot more time speaking to a professional. Your paranoia is more than a little scary. I doubt that 100 million people share your views, closer to 100 I believe. Hopefully whatever institution you end up in, won't have access to the internet.......

Kinda sounds like the old Black Liberation Army.

Back in the 60’s they went around murdering police officers because they didn’t like the way things were going.

And, of course, it was really the police officers’ fault – not theirs!

Same, same.

It seems like most people have a problem with this statement.  I have trouble understanding that.  What happens if a member of this board gets a 3am visit from ATF goons because of some BS weapons violation and gets killed?  What would you do if you knew the killers' identities?  Would you just be happy that "the agents made it home safe that night"?  Where's the accountability?  Are you just going to sit and whine about gun laws and the assasination of gun owners?  Or are you going to do something?

As a matter of fact, we do. All the time in fact. Referring specifically to the 4th and 5th.
Many, many LEO's are gun collectors and support the 2nd. Admittidly though, some are not, and a lot are "in the middle". Many of my co-workers are rather ignorant when it comes to weapons laws. I do my part to educate when I can.

kay9,

You are right my brother. I know it and all the other LEO's here do to. But I have found that your VERY TRUTHFUL comments are falling on def ears. There is an ANTI-LEO bunch on here that love to stir up shit and do their very best to get a rise out of a “real live police officer”. He’s just like the jackass who cusses us out AFTER we are back in our car where we cant hear him. Pissed that he got a citation for HIS violation of the law that the people HE voted for in Washington passed. But it’s of course, “OUR” fault.
When I fist joined here I got into a few exchanges and finally came to the conclusion that it’s just like trying to reason with a drunk on the side of the road. Their mentality level is about the same. (Although I have been able to reason with a few drunks before, lol!)
You and I know who rides the streets of THEIR neighborhoods, ALL NIGHT, keeping THEIR little pansy asses safe inside their cozy little beds. And yes, we chose our profession. Why? So we could get rich? Not where I’m from. So we could take their guns? I’ve never been able to keep a firearm I’ve taken off someone. Because we want to look cool and drive a car with big blue lights so no one will mess with us?? Oh yea, that’s it, but they forgot the part where we have to fight to arrest suspects on a regular basis, get exposed to every type of disease thinkable and on occasion we get shot at or worse, shot or cut! No, they don’t understand that we do it to make OUR communities safer for OUR families and THEIRS too! They forget that they “know where we live” because we both live in the same neighborhood! We do our jobs because we live here, in America, just like everybody else. And we see things going on that we don’t like anymore then anyone else. The difference, ms. Imbroglio, is that we do our best to do something about it! We do it for the majority of the good and decent people in America who really appreciate it. You just want to stir up something with the LEO’s on here. Tough luck, I know who you are, your just scared, like a lot of people who's mommy and daddy told them that if “they were not a good little boy the mean old policeman would come get them”. And now he is suppose to be all grown up, but he makes a post like that? FULL of little idle threats toward us. And then, to top it off, he lists the author as "Anonymous". Seems like he wants to take a full-page cheap shot and then hide behind the word “Anonymous”. Seems like a cowardly thing to do. I guess his favorite sit-com wasn’t on right now and he needed some drama in his sad little life. Some people don’t have anything better to do. Well I do, I have to go to work now, I have a job you know, I wear black and kick doors ;-) lol!!

Cops don't have it easy. They are in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" occupation.

I've had my local police chief ask me a couple of times if I'd be interested in joining the department. It is intriguing...but I will pass. I don't want to do the government's bidding. Not that I consider myself completely free from the government's tentacles now, but police officers are paid based on their obedience to their master and I don't want to be put in that position.

I'd probably get fired at some point anyway for not "following orders."

Huh?  I wish I could get me some of that "paid based on obedience to their masters" stuff.  All I know is my pay is the same whether I arrest no one or 100.  And so is every other Officer I know.  Any job you can/will get fired from for not "following orders."  An order to violate the law is not an order, its a criminal act and that is a different category entirely.

Yes, police officers are paid based on their obedience to their master. It's not the obedience that is the problem with me, it's who the master is. Yes, your pay may be the same all the time regardless of the amount of arrests you make, but the point that I am trying to make is there will be no pay if you stray from your master's bidding. Sure, it's the same everywhere you go, and I agree. Again, it comes down to who is signing the checks. I don't want to be beholden to the gov't for my livelihood.

To further my point, what you said about orders that are unlawful being "criminal" is exactly the stuff I am talking about. I have my own ideas about what the Constitution, the BoR, and the laws derived from them are supposed to mean. What I consider to be a treasonous, unlawful criminal order would be viewed by my superiors as legit. Therein lies the problem.

I could not survive long at that occupation.

A little clearer now?

For a guy who's got a problem with SPECTRE's grammar and spelling, I'd say you better get some windex and start cleaning your house, dude.

That is, after you get your jollies by kicking in somebody's door.

P806, what, directly, is your beef? Please write this out. As for doorkicker, it is obvious from his post that he is beyond redemption. But we don't give up on all leo's. So come and tell us and we might meet in the middle.
Edited to add, maybe Doorkicker isn't beyond redemption.

What I'm saying is that there are so many members here that judge all LEO's and throw them in one large pot.  We as LEO's know what we do for a living, but a lot of people don't have a clue.  Sure, there are JBT's and in my opinion they are rare.  I come and post here because I have something in common with most and it seems some just fine enjoyment with a little bash the cop threads.

While my ideas are not entirely inline with doorkicker6's, I see what he is saying. There is a large portion of OUR society that doesnt have the GUMPTION to stick up for themselves and depend upon the gubmnt to protect them in some form or fashion. In fact, I believe there is a rather large portion of OUR society that depends on the gubmnt in this way. It may be ignorant of them to do it, but it is so.

"The sheep must be protected," recite the sheepdogs.

The sheep that have been bred and domesticated by the shepherds.

The shepherds that encourage the belief that only their sheepdogs can, or are allowed to, protect the sheep.

The shepherds that fear the day the sheep realize that they are simply slaves to the shepherds.

And if they have to feed a few sheep to the sheepdogs to keep the sheepdogs happy, then so be it.

If only the sheepdogs would realize that they are slaves to the shepherds, same as the sheep.

If only the sheepdogs would realize that the shepherds are actually the wolves,

And that the wolves the shepherds preach about are simply phantoms meant to scare the sheep...

Thanks P806---blatantly hijacking a thread--
nope---please stay with us and read some more. I am one of the worst when it comes to bad-mouthing cops. And there is good reason for it.
Librarians may be the most screwed up people on earth, but we don't have to go around thinking that one of them is going to cap us. Politicians are the only people that have more power and pull and most of them do not shoot people. It is a very bad us vs. them system and it just keeps getting worse through the actions of both sides. But please stay and join and give us another good cop. We need all of you.

There is no need to give up on me,  I gave up on some of you guys long ago.

I can point out 6 officers currently in the hospital from shootings or being run over.  National news on 4 of them. One of them just yesterday night not 10 miles from where I sit.  Somehow, when the cop is right,  the thread dies a quick death.

The goings on in Edinburg came from the same  San Antonio paper with the stories I mention.  How come no one but me posted on it?

In reference to the Imbro post:

I'll worry about bigoted clueless azzclowns when said azzclown actually grows a set of balls and tells me that line of bull in person.  Somehow I don't think that's very likely.

Respect? I don't want any from you and you're damn sure not getting any from me. To be respected by me you have to have integrity.  I find that in scarce supply around here.

This site will get cash from me only upon such a time as I can separate the adult posters from the Azzclowns. My money can go to better places.

If they close down or become members only, so be it. It'll just be another great site destroyed by jerks.

LEO.  Hard job.  Shit from every angle.  Most are in it to help people (though the business does have its fair share of power mad jerk-offs unfortunately with the considerable power of the State at their disposal).

But make no mistake, there is a line in the sand.  God forbid the day comes that will pit citizen against citizen (cops ARE citizens after all with feelings and beliefs as varied as your average accountant's or machinist's et. al.).  But if that day comes, it won't be personal, it will be a battle for survival.

Survival of the ideals of a system that made this nation the greatest the planet has or will ever see.  It will be a battle for the very soul of the nation.  I just hope enough of us are on the same side.  If not, I won't hesitate and I doubt they won't either.

Well that was a rather disturbing little piece of internet literature.

I think another small fiber of another small thread in the fabric of our society just came unraveled.

Note to self: Order another case of ammo tomorrow.

I concur with Beekeeper. But I will add that after I became a LEO in the early 80's I soon realized that Law Enforcement Officers are the only profession in the world that's hated simply for the uniform they wear.    Russell..now a medically retired LEO, but still damn proud of being one!
