Well, guys, just a quick update before I go to bed. It has been a hectic day to say the least. Kelley (my wife) had a biopsy this morning which turned out to be breast cancer. The surgeon did a lumpectomy and removed a few lymph nodes to be safe. She should be released tomorrow and faces 33 days of radiation treatments and an unknow number of chemotherapy treatments. Hopefully she will make a complete recovery and live a full life. Please keep her in your prayers. Goodnight, all!

I have been thinking about you and your wife and was hopeing that all was well. I am sorry to hear about the cancer. Judging from the procedure that was done, it was probibly caught early and the chance for a full recovery should be excelent. Good luck.

M4Madness,
My prayers to you and your wife. My older sister went thru this several years ago when she was about 38, cancer in both breast. The cancer was removed, chemo done etc... and never returned again[:D]! So if the cancer is still in the early stages things will turn out alot better than you may think.

Prayer is always very helpful...and so is meditation. Meditation reduses stress, which restores health. I had major back surgery last January, wife had a hysterecomy last week. It is the prayer and meditation (including proper breathing) that has gotten thru all of this.

good energy and faith really can make a big difference, I am holding you close in my prayers.

As a side note and this is a no shitter, the Breast Cancer Institute has concluded that extended wear of to tight a bra restricts the blood flow to the breasts and has been linked to higher insatances of cancer.
so get them bras off as soon as you get back in the house and let the puppies breathe.

Thanks, guys, for the prayers and support. I'm sure that everything is going to turn out all right. It's great to know that complete stangers are sympathetic to other's needs. I have fairly decent health insurance through my employer. The only problem is that my employer is thinking about changing to another insurance company at the end of this month. If we change, will the new company consider this pre-existing and decline coverage? Will my old insurance be liable? What are my options? Thanks agains to everyone and "God Bless"!
