My experience: I bought a pistol through their website and completed the payment process, after which I got an e-mail stating that the item was "back-ordered." No offer for refund, no prior warning of unavailability. I called in to cancel the order immediately and encountered a b*tchy customer service rep named Christa, who said "Don't you know we have to pay for this and keep it now that you're canceling?" Unbelievable.

Nothing was ordered from Sig or paid for, since I immediately canceled my order upon receipt of the unavailability e-mail. Furthermore, no time line was given for refund of my payment. Research into this company uncovered dozens of complaints of similarly-situated victims who got the shaft from this shady organization. The corporate entity is owned by a different shadowy group.

I closed my credit card and filed several complaints with various better business bureaus. Still awaiting word from their so-called manager about my refund...hoping I see a single dime of it before Christmas.

I usually avoid places that have "tac" in their names

Next time, do your research first.  Save yourself the headache.
