I'm planning on going back to school to become a Machinist. Something I've always wanted to do. I'm 28 years old and have 13 years experience welding under my belt. Anyone do this? Have any pointers? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Currently in school to be a LEO, and know from experience that working full time and going to school fulltime just doesn't work. Try to keep it to a maximum of 9 credits, with 6 being preferable, especially if you have a family.
